Prestige Temps was founded in May 2007 by Jolie Boyle, a former sales executive for Audi. After leaving sales to go travelling, Jolie came back to England jobless, so used her initiative and contacted car dealerships she dealt with in her sales executive working days. She worked as a freelance receptionist for a year, but the demand for her service was too much to handle on her own. Jolie set up Prestige Temps and employed two members of staff to keep up with the demand of covering the reception areas of Prestige car dealerships. At the end the first year, there were 8 Prestige Temps working all over Essex and East London. During the recession of 2009, Prestige Temps still managed to keep it's head above water, where many companies failed. This was due to the quality of service they provide and competitive hourly rate.
Prestige Temps has grown to become a highly recommended company within the Prestige motor industry. They don't advertise for work, they don't advertise for staff, they pride themselves on word of mouth and recommendation. Having some of the leading Prestige Car Brands as clients, Prestige Temps are proud to have a close knit relationship with these companies. There is always room for more quality clients and quality staff to recruit and more quality service to provide.

Prestige Temps main focus is to provide the automotive industry with quality receptionists, to cover holidays, sickness and the gap between an employee leaving the business, to a new employee starting.We don't spend time and money advertising and competing with other recruitment companies, so we are able to keep the hourly rate low whilst providing smart, experienced staff to each dealership reception area's to meet, greet and comply with the demands of customers who expect that little bit more from a prestige brand.Prestige Temps are also able to provide permanent staff, not only for reception, but all area's of the motor industry. A small finders fee is required and more information can be found in our terms of business.
Training staff can be a time consuming task and existing employees sometimes find the burden of this too much. Prestige Temps can offer training to staff with little or no reception experience to bring employees to the high quality standard each dealership requires. They can also offer training to existing employees who may need a refresh with their meet and greet reception skills.
